Seth practices principally in the area of complex commercial litigation. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters, including securities litigation, employment claims, consumer class actions, and other matters. Seth also assists businesses and individuals in responding to government enforcement proceedings, including qui tam (False Claims Act) litigation and white collar criminal investigations. Seth was a litigation associate at Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe before joining Yarmuth Wilsdon Calfo.
Seth is a former law clerk to John C. Coughenour, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He is also a former extern to Judge Vaughn R. Walker of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Before law school, Seth served as a paralegal in the honors program at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
Seth graduated Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Michigan Law School, and Phi Beta Kappa from Haverford College.
