Heading North (from SeaTac Airport):

From I-5 Northbound take the Seneca Street Exit. Please note that this exit is in the far left lane of I-5 North. Continue straight on Seneca Street. Travel three blocks on Seneca Street and take a left on 3rd Ave. Continue south three blocks on 3rd Avenue and take a left on Marion Street. The IDX Tower Parking Garage entrance will be on your left. Continue to the top of the hill and take a left on 4th Ave for the buildings front entrance.

Heading South:

From I-5 Southbound take the James Street exit. Turn right on Columbia. Turn right on 4th Avenue, and the IDX Tower will be on the left between Marion and Madison. Turn left on Madison, and you will find the entrance to the parking garage on the left. Or, turn left on 3rd, then left again on Marion. The main garage entrance and exit is located on the left.
