- City of Seattle in negotiation of $700 million long-haul waste disposal contract with Waste Management, Inc.; regional water governance agreements; two major design-build-operate water filtration projects; reorganization of City's municipal solid waste collection and disposal systems; and City Light Boundary Dam Oversight Committee work.
- Snohomish County in the negotiation of transport and disposal contracts; "flow control" litigation; and transfer station negotiation and planning.
- Kitsap County in the negotiation of transfer station and long-haul disposal agreements.
- Kittitas County, Skagit County and City of Bellingham in a variety of utility related projects.
