| Rachel practices principally in the area of complex commercial litigation. |
| Before joining Yarmuth Wilsdon Calfo, Rachel was a litigation associate with Heller Ehrman, representing individual and corporate clients in a variety of matters, including securities litigation, white collar criminal defense, and consumer class actions. Rachel also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Barbara Rothstein, U.S. District Court Judge for the Western District of Washington, most recently handling a wide range of issues related to mass tort multi-district litigation. Before law school, Rachel served as the Legislative Director in Washington D.C. for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. |
| Rachel graduated Cum Laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was also an Editor of the Law Review, and she holds a Bachelors Degree in English Literature from the University of Virginia. |
